Allow me to wish you a Happy New Year 2011.  May this new year bring prosperity to each and every one of us.  I have high hopes that Sapphire's Choice products will sell even more this year and that I will keep sharing great food with my loved ones.  It is already 4 days into the new year, we hardly noticed them pass by.  Time flies, huh?

For those who would like to give it a try to my cooking, please do not hesitate to place your order, I will try to accommodate as much I can. Mini lasagna

I told you in the previous entry that Sapphire's Choice will produce a new size for the lasagna. Guess what? IT'S HERE! Yes, my mini lasagna is already in the market. I've always wanted to share my cooking with those who enjoy eating...and I want to make it affordable for everyone.  I would say, the 2 sizes we have prior to this new one caters for a couple or three, and family.  Maybe I should give them a new name instead of just "small" or "large", ey?

Anyway, I have managed to come up with this new lasagna.  I tried marketing them among friends, and they're quite a seller. Do give me a tinkle or email me at briza.sapphire@gmail.com to place your orders.

Chocolate Chip Cookies

I loveeeee chocolate chip cookies. I used to buy the Famous Amos' chocolate chip cookies, but they're too SWEET and quite hard to bite on.  TOO SWEET isn't good for me. I am diabetic. I often ask myself if I could ever make cookies less sweet, crunchy but soft enough for my tastebud, the diabetic.  I kept trying making them repeatedly until it reaches my standard.  I succeeded.  So... presenting the Sapphire's Choice Chocolate Chip Cookies...

Transportation Cost

It's a self-pick up service (please come to my house to pick up your orders).  However, I can arrange for transport but I will have to charge transportation cost (can't help it; petrol, toll and traffic jam aren't free!)

I highly recommend you to come and pick-up your order to eliminate transportation cost.

Grace period of order


Please allow at least 3 days for me to prepare your order. If you order the, earlier, even better.


Terms of sales:

Please deposit 50% of total price into my bank account (will inform ac number upon order) remaining during pick-up or delivery.


Cancellation:

Sometimes customers who are fickle-minded (hahaha...) and wish to cancel their orders, please inform me before hand, and that would be at least 5days before date of delivery/pick-up as I would have bought the ingredients 5 days before the delivery/pick-up date. Thank you for understanding.

Cooking/baking as an Elixir to Stress

I haven't been in the best of mood for the past few days. Too much in my mind...but I chose to clear my mind by COOKING.  Again, as mom always tell me...cook with your heart and soul.  Cooking requires focus and system.  When you cook systematically, it'll be an easy task to carry out and when you focus, you'll get it done.  I find it a mind therapy.  When my mind is disturbed, I resort to cooking as a way to deviate from all problems. Insya'Allah everything will turn out fine and you'll be uplifted when others enjoy eating what you cooked.  Yesterday I baked bread pudding.... but they're not for sale. I'm just sharing the photos with you. :-)
